Reusing the same basic concept from Magic Pad is not a bad idea, I just felt it didn't work out as well as the former did. The song is much less upbeat and gives much less oppurtunities to create a good flow. It worked really well in the louder, melodic parts of the song, but it seemed like you had some problems with the vocal parts. It was still extraordinarily good until the 4th minute, but Nono lipsynching there just blew it, that just totally didn't fit. It seems like you completely ran out of ideas and scenes there.

Not to talk only negative, the 60 fps worked really well for the video to give it extra smoothness, which really makes me consider editing in this framerate as well. Some parts was pretty awesome, what especially comes into my mind are the scenery shots without characters.

Maybe it just needs to grow a bit on me more. But unfortunately I don't like the song, which makes it hard :/
I think I'll agree with most of this, too. I enjoyed the visual goodness here, and at 60fps this makes a superb screensaver. But beyond that I found it a bit hard to be excited for it, especially having already seen Magic Pad. On the micro level the synching was top-notch, on the macro level the structure was disregardable until the last minute, when it started coming together only to be sort of blown by the lip-sync which should've really been kept out of the video (or at the very least used more evenly instead of suddenly being thrown in towards the end). I was also somewhat surprised that although it seemed like you nailed a lot of the major sync, but seemed like some of the finer and more subtle elements didn't quite come through this time.

I'll see this again, hell, as I said - it's screensaver-worthy, but I doubt it'll ever quite pull me in as a video composition. Still, really cool technical effort and great use of the smooth 60fps.
The Birds are using humanity in order to throw something terrifying at this green pig. And then what happens to us all later, that’s simply not important to them…

When I first heard the comments about the fps, before watching the video, I was really curious about how it'll actually look. I was really surprised. Some scenes flowed so well that I never would've believed they had two times less frames before.
Very nice job overall.

I think that while I like it a little bit more than they did, I agree for the most part with JCD and Oto. I think it's a good, solid video, but I prefer Magic Pad. The difference for me is entirely in the song. While I like the song here, I LOVE the song in Magic Pad. And since I feel like both videos are relatively on par from a technical standpoint (save for the whole 720p + 60fps thing, which frankly I don't see as that big of a deal. And while I did LIKE the extra smoothness, as I said in the JE thread, it kinda of makes me a little motion sick to watch...), and they both have very similar concepts, I can really only base it on the song.

So yeah, really good work here. Just.. not great. :o

Good job dude, I like this one even if it isn't better than magic pad because I think it haven't his Flow and feeling, but more effects which aren't so usefull (even for the song I don't like so mutch). However is an awesome work so good job ---b

This and Magic Pad are both good in my book. Though I noticed that this one has a bit more of a "coming of something destructive" theme going on which pretty cool.
