Nova Software Extractor issues

I haven't even gotten the ISO I want splitted, it's doing that right now. I downloaded the Nova Extractor and oped it up just to see it before the file splitting was done and to get a feel for the program. However, when I open it, it looks like this:

What's wrong with it? Is it Vista that's causing it or something else?

I did it by removing all languages but English in the project files.

Sorry, I was half asleep when I typed that.

What I meant was removing all languages but English in the Program's Language Folder. All inclusive with the extractor program.

Just making sure I made myself clear lol.
