It may not be. Best to ask somebody else who owns munto if their copies are universal. To answer the original question: yes, Munto and Munto 2: Beyond the Walls of Time are both the rare type of (legit) R1 DVD: ALL REGION!
My DVDs were purchased from RightStuf and have a little circled "ALL" instead of the usual region 1 logo/code. Same goes for the actual DVD discs.
DVD Empire and DVD Pacific both list Munto 2 as Region All. Even Central Park Media's own info lists Munto and Munto 2 as Region 0 (Region All). Their "Buy Online" link goes to RightStuf.
