Convert Video fames into Image files

I have a 5 second clip, I am looking to separate everey fame in the video into a bitmap image. is there a codec or program that will do this?

Try to load your clip into virtualdub and save it as an image sequence. Or just use your video program to export every frame individually as an bitmap image.
