Take a converter which changes you high quality mp4 to a flv file. I heard that works, but i dont really know.

Er, you guys know that they HAVE gotten better about this, right?

Many videos these days are coming with "watch in high quality" links, and there's also a profile setting that you can use to specify that you always want high-quality versions of videos if available.
(And they used to recommend you upload videos at 320x240; now they suggest you just upload the best copy you have.)

And the difference is noticeable -- you still wouldn't want to watch them full screen, but it's not complete garbage anymore.

Now if only I could figure out how to get the Inbox to mark these damn messages as READ already...
