Unless Phade says no...he may not even browse this forum....I'm going to use a badge I am making with the logo and my avatar. I already started so I didn't know about a pre-made one.

It should be on your main member page....let me check...nope....not there anymore.....must have been taken down when the new logo was chosen and probally was never remade.....doh...guess i'll have to make one too.....maybe you can make a logo with a <insert your handle> and <put your avatar here> for us Misty?

Hmmmm, ok, time for a quick contest: The AnimeMusicVideos.org Badge Contest

A quick list of rules:

* Must contain the full official AnimeMusicVideos.org logo.
* Must contain a spot for the wearer's name. Entries may contain a spot for an avatar image, but this is not necessary.
* Must not contain any anime characters or likenesses, though original characters are ok.
* Entries must be emailed to phadeguy@hotmail.com. PLEASE EMAIL A LINK TO THE IMAGE (otherwise Phade's email box will fill up really really fast)
* Entries may not be displayed to the general public before the conclusion of the contest. Entries that are displayed before the conclusion of the contest will be disqualified.
* The winning entry will be the chosen by and up to the sole judgement of Phade.

That should do it for now. Look for an official announcement in the Web Site forum.

But but......will the winner be available before Otakon? A week long contest or longer Phade?

Of course I don't Mind making one for a contest though ^_^ Ha ha, I've already got mine mostly done before anyone else hardly is aware.

Well, I won't be posting my design now but now that there is a contest we:

Know Phade approves of the idea

And can have the best one represent those who choose to adorn themselves and be consistent. yay! conformity! ^-^

I'm ocnvinced phade has a bot that searches through the forum looking for instances of his name. No man has that much time to search through all the forums....except jbone

ok...well.....its up....you'd be surpirsed how much nothing this thread has accomplished.....besides getting a a-m-v.org con badge contest. the url to my site....sorry....its tripod.

We still have no plans or meeting places set in stone yet......rest explained on the page.......We need someone who is familiar with the area or ppl who are local who are willing to host some sort of gathering...i suppose once the schedule comes out we'll have more of an idea of when and where to meet. Also, email me and tell me what nights you are going to be there so ppl will have an idea of how many ppl going to be there so that we can plan gatherings accordingly.

Anyone up for sushi on thursday or friday night? If anyone has a rice cooker and a place where I can get some fresh fish, and a location, I'm more than happy to make some rolls if ppl chip in.

Sushi!! ^_^.

Last time at Katsucon I made sushi but it was too much for the 4 of us and we were giving it to random katsucon-ers out on the street ^_^;. Woulda sold it but I don't think it's all that legal. But we bummed some pocky off some people tho^^.
I've can contribute a small rice cooker and a ton o' dired seaweed if needed. I'm bringing 3 guys this time so I know peoples get hungry ^^. Plus the food there is way overcharged. (like $3 for a bottled soda).

Whoever said meet near the fountains...I'd vote for that.
There's this big open space, it was like a balcony on the 2nd floor or something where no one was last time, I don't know the deal on it tho.
