Apparently, Otaku means Techno Geek, so I'm that sort of Otaku, not the ones nowadays where it's "Anime Addict" or something.
I do find it insulting, and since this has origins in America, I might as well say, "F*ck You, Dumbsh*ts". Sorry for the swearing, but it was one of the easiest ways of saying, "Look at your own cartoons and shows before looking at ours".
Vulgarity? Sexual References? Violence? Why... American movies have some of the most violence and sexual references in world maybe, and many of their comedies include vulgarity, such as South Park, Family Guy and occasionally Simpsons, and especially American Dad...
