Personaly if I would have made this video the whole stuff would be too simpel for me. The colours of the beginning etc.
However this is your taste. I watched it again and I have to say that I´m fine with it. The only thing that was a bit odd for me was this small white flash at the beginning of the first scene.
If you´re alright with it Melee, than I approve it as final.
Edit:
Oh wait! Of course I got it that this was a submission at the second part, but you might think about leaving some malfunction (small amount please to get this TV feeling) for the submission scenes.

Good eye Bauzi! I didn't notice that white flash, but it is in the "first three seconds" of my track that overlaps. Not sure how you/crack are going to mesh our tracks together yet but it may end up not getting used. I can remove it easily enough (it's in the source), and I will when I make a "final" with other tweaks that I hope to hear from the rest of you.
I'm torn on the idea of adding some MINOR TV malfunction to the face-off scenes, so if anyone has an opinion on that, let it be heard, help me decide.
As far as my style being "simple", its true, but only because my inexperience is a limiting factor in what can define my "style". I've never done color correction or anything like that, and this track here is my first time doing any masking, movement, etc. In fact, from the year ago we started I've undoubtedly become more familiar with the whole process. So feel free to say things like "clean up your masks" because although I'm moderately happy with them, you may not be, and I have nothing to compare them to as far as previous work goes.

For the most part I like it. I'm not sure about the bg changing with Holland just standing there. I like bauzi's idea on the face-off scenes.
Masks look pretty good to me, but there are a few spots which show the bg from where you did your masking (Holland's left ear @:22)
you could get rid of this by feathering the mask a little.
There's an option to feather mask edges in AE...but I'm not sure what you're using to do the masking.
