I didn't. I've always had the version I got with the amvapp 2.0, the 3 beta never worked on my computer. And I also re-created the d2v, because that was one of my first thoughts that it would cause the problem...Autraya wrote:o.o did you install the DGI from amvapp 3 beta?
try unistalling that and putting the amvapp 2.0 DGIindex back in.
that almost looks like the original index was made with the earlier version and now wont run 'cause you have the new version....

Open DGIndex and go to Help > About DGIndex.Kevmaster wrote:How am I supposed to find out the version number?
For the version of the plugin that you have for AviSynth, open up AviSynth's plugin directory, right-click the file DGDecode.dll, go to properties, then go to the Version tab.
Make sure the two match.
For example, I have version 1.4.9.13. Dunno if it's the most updated, but it works for me.
... yea ...

Have you tried other colorspaces? I know its silly to think that could be the problem but you never really know.
Try indexing just 1 dvd file and see if that works with vfapi?
If you can watch the avs file from a video player then the problem is with vfapi. If you cant watch it through a player then the problem is the indexed file or something with avisynth. Process of elimination.
You have to find out whats causing the problem before you can take steps to fix it.

"The people cannot be [...] always, well informed. The part which is wrong will be discontented, in proportion to [...] the facts they misconceive. If they remain quiet under such misconceptions, it is lethargy, the forerunner of death to public liberty. What country can preserve its liberties, if it's rulers are not warned [...] that this people preserve the spirit of resistance? The tree of liberty must be refreshed from time to time, with the blood of patriots and tyrants."-Thomas Jefferson

Then the Problem must be vfapi/makeavis (since both wont work), because the other files play fine in media player & vdubmod.Eva-Fan wrote:If you can watch the avs file from a video player then the problem is with vfapi. Oh, I've done that already. It doesn't matter, it doesn't work with either one.Autraya wrote:converttoyv12() or rgb24 etc that's the command to change colourspaceKevmaster wrote:Sorry, I didn't get that part.
