Looking for Good H game (decent story)

Tsukihime (not to mention the Plus+Disk, and Kagetsu Tohya) - If you want, both Tsukihime and Kagetsu Tohya have options to bypass the H content - Tsukhime during the install process, Kagetsu Tohya from the game's options menu.

Planetarian (considering it's Key - although technically it's what they branded a kinetic novel, as you just sit back and read instead of make choices) - also, IIRC it doesn't contain any H content whatsoever.

Stating plainly though, if you're looking for ones with quality stories, you'll have to stick to using translation patches to play them in English - but the ones mentioned at least have good/great translation teams working on them (heck, we aren't dealing with 'let's have some eat' Engrish here*). English companies only seem to want to bring over games based around mindless sex (Do You Like Horny Bunnies?, anyone?), unless this has changed and I just wasn't aware of it.

*an actual 'translation' (or at least it was a line similar to that) from the 0verflow-released Summer Days English patch

Does anyone know if the whole deal with the Galaxy Angel PC games possibly getting an official English release is still pending or if it fell through?

Thanks. Finally some meaningful reccomendations. Not that Fate/Stay Night wasn't meaningful.

I'll be sure to take a look at these. I'd prefer not to download the game illegally by the way. I'd rather buy it which is why I want to find out which ones are good so my decision becomes easier. I'm still waiting for the baka-tsuki tranlastion patch for Clannad They seem to be at a standstill right now.

I just download Narcissu and I am probably going to get Tsukihime. The option to turn of the ero content is helpful, since I won't have to convince my parents that it isn't mindless porn (the lack of porn). Fate/Stay Night may require some convincing if there is no option to turn it off or an all ages version.

tskihime is another good one, forgot about that. I dont remember if there was an option to turn off the sex in Fate/Stay or not, but honestly, it isnt stuffed full of sex, they pop up on occassion, and some of them do (beleive it or not) actually contribute to the story in a way

I recommend Utawarerumono. Excellent story and gameplay. The gameplay is somewhat like Disgaea, a tactical RPG. Go dl the game somewhere and get the english patch. Unlike most hentai games, you don't have to go through selecting choices, it's all straightfoward. As for the h-scenes, they're short and mild but you have to go through all the girls except for the loli's (whew..). There's also a PS2 version which doesn't have the h-scenes however it's pointless to get if you can't kanji.

I downloaded Narcissu
Bought and downloaded Planetarian.
A friend from Japan is sending me a copy of Tsukihime that he doesn't use anymore.
I found a game called CHAOS;HEAD that I am planning on buying. The translation patch is nearly finished for this game and the anime comes out on October 6th.
