Yeah, the choice of Jonas Bros. made the old, grizzled and embittered judges cringe, but it was absolutely a good video and really won over the crowd. Congrats.
Whatevah was a lot of fun, and one of maybe 2-3 videos we got this year that actually did a good job with lip sync. Congrats to you too!

Dragon/Roy
A Thousand Tears (Final Fantasy X-2)
AkirQueen
Dead or Alive (Devil May Cry)
Mary McDonough
I Will Remember You (Metropolis)
Gotenks794
UPBEAT
Ice & Snow (DNAngel)
Kazemon15
Space Idol Destiny (Macross Frontier)
Cave and Otakuforlife
Mainstream Love (various)
Vellure
Let’s See How Far We’ve Come (Tsubasa Chronicles)
LeoXFurysong
ACTION
All About Us (Galerians: Rion)
Lisa Aishford
Shinigami Tornado (Bleach)
Nine Tailed Fox Sakura Zuka Studios
The Melting of the Ice (Naruto movie 1)
RiderG
Let’s Get Ready To Die (Death Note)
Susan Fraumeni
Never Die (Bleach)
Alex Hansen
Renascentia (FFVII: Advent Children)
Riza Studio / Numina Productions
COMEDY
Whatevah (Risky x Safety)
Corpsegoddess
Itadakimasu, Krauser (Resident Evil 4)
Darkotsu
Apathy and Empathy - AkuRoku (Kingdom Hearts)
Noelle Moore (KaitousWish1292)
That last one was really over-the-top and was put into the comedy category ironically. It wasn't going to win Drama anyway, and wouldn't have even been a finalist but for a lack of comedy submissions.
In general, though, categorizing was really tough and we really did put them into the categories where we thought they had the best chance.
