AUDIO HELP OUT OF SYNCH AFTER UPLOAD!!

I encoded my video all right and stuff did everything it says in the AE Tech and have done it before as well, it's in synch and perfect on my pc but when i upload it the audio synch is terrible and is really out of synch any suggestions on what im doing wrong........

(I converted the video from lagarith lossless to zarxgui using avisynth and it's in synch on my pc )

There is no way a normal upload could do that to your audio O.o

sorted it out now it's uploaded properly after a couple of tries
