Vob Skipping?

I've editing straight vob most of the times but recently I've been having problems with "bad" vobs, where I can play it on VLc Player and it looks fine but when I put it in Vegas, the video and audio starts skipping, and repeats one scene over twice then moves on, is there anyway to fix it? (I've tried converting and using a script from dgindex and jamming it into vdub, but still skips after rendering)

sounds like the multiple angle problem (most prevalent on some funimation dvds like those of FMA)

re-rip your vobs in ifo mode instead of file mode (if you're using dvd decrypter)

Isn't it better to make a lossless .avi anyway, though? I mean you get rid of the interlacing and you can filter your footage. But I suppose you can do all that after...

they are trying to get to that stage, but the camera angles are throwing them off O.o
