Sonyvegas Velocity.
WHen i Choose the Velocity setting to speed up my clip the green line to raise velocity doesn't show up. Im not sure if I did something wrong.

I don't know about the green line but I know you can hold CTRL and drag the end point of your track to speed or slow it. Make the audio/video track smaller to speed it up and make it longer to slow it down. Hope this helps
