virtual dub mod not working

i tried downloading this new amvapp and just installed it, but the virtualdubmod on it is not working. i made sure to uninstall the old amvapp and when the new vdmod did not work i uninstalled it and installed it again but it's still not working.

i have a vista computer if that helps any, there was no specific error message, it just said that it was not running properly.

My VDM stopped working in Vista today. It has been fine for the last few days, just installed Premiere Pro and it no longer works, if I start it up I get a "VirtualDub has stopped working" error straight away.

So Zarxrax said it another thread to delete the setmemorymax file in the Avisynth plugins folder and voila, it worked!!!

Go to the avisynth plugin directory and remove awaprsharp.dll, and if you find more than one masktools.dll you should take the extras out (you can have masktools.dll and mt_masktools.dll in the folder at the same time, just not two versions of masktools.dll)

sometimes plugin conflicts can shut down vdubmod

WarpSharp is the one that breaks it, not aWarpSharp.
