Hell it was about time!!!

/gets

EDIT:

Well this was not, what i expected. Had to watch ROS3 again, to be sure of what i'm writing now. This MEP has an imho awsm Mix - well done Chii - that includes many very powerful tracks, but in fact, most of the tracks didn't show that energy they needed. The Death Note and School Rumble and maybe the Amazing Nuts track seemed to work out pretty fine - thats it! Didn't got friends with the other ones. Maybe because i heard the mix over and over again before the release. I was really looking forward to thisone but now i'm kind of disappointed.

The intro and credits were by far the best i've seen in an mep.

I think im gonna be brutally honest here. I only liked a few tracks, mainly the ones where the editors were experimenting.

The others seemed like a collage of all the regular 3-D or awesome action scenes you normally see in amv's. It's not bad but if that's all there is... I just get the "Been there, seen that" a million times feeling.

Mamo's track is definitely my most fav. Flow, sync, scenes used. It even has comedy. It's just hella fun to watch even by itself. I hope you upload it as a solo so I can dl it full quality for keepers :P .

A few others had their own perks but I really didn't see much experimentation going on. This music craves it too.

Deshi... I gotta be brutally honest with you too. I commend your effort for your 3-D work (It looks awesome) but it all so looks out of place from the rest of the mep.

I don't even like my own track after seeing it all put together. Me and scorpy had a rough time trying to figure out how to edit it. Flow and pacing is weird.

Overall I enjoyed it as a whole for the most part. I had to force myself to sit through the whole 20 minutes of music though. Hope you keep making MEP's chii, even if this one did stress you out... Your really creative with mep's, more so then your regular amvs apparently. My only suggestion is use better music next time :P.

8/10

The tree of liberty must be refreshed from time to time, with the blood of patriots and tyrants."-Thomas Jefferson

Of course, it's 'amatuerish' - as far as I know, most of the people in the community are NOT PROFESSIONAL. Seriously, tone down your attitude.

As for the video, it was just too long for me to stomach.. I agree with the sentiment of a few standout tracks, but most felt haphazardly put together. Pretty much like most other MEPs thus far.. cept this one is longer. It probably didn't help that I just wasn't a fan of the music, and pretty much after 2 minutes - it all just kinda molded into a repetitive streak of electronic syncs and cuts.

If you were going for that, then that's coo, but it doesn't make it memorable in my book. It doesn't help that the year has been filled with countless other multi-anime mixes.

Regardless, congrats to you guys on the MEP that finally did something of a 'first' and everyone that put this together.

Sorry that I expected at least a little more in terms of quality-editing from editors that have as much experience as the ones in this project.

Sorry will not check it out due to so many editors in the project reviewing it and giving it perfect tens. It's like going to rotten tomatoes and all the professional reviews for a movie are done by the people who worked on it. Come on guys

You just managed to make no sense whatsoever :uhoh:
The Birds are using humanity in order to throw something terrifying at this green pig. And then what happens to us all later, that’s simply not important to them…

Wow, I thought that would be easy enough for you to understand otohiko.

I guess I give you too much credit.

I've downloaded a lot of meps and thought they would be good because they had perfect tens, only to find out it sucked and was only reviewed by people who worked on it.

So I'm saying imagine when your going to look up the review for a movie and the score that is shown is a representation of what the people who worked on it feel about it.. then you wont get good info about the movie, just mostly bias.

Can you understand now Otohiko...? If not.. then I think that you must of hit your head or something.

Edit: and I wasn't say that's how rotten tomatoes is like, I mean 'imagine'.

Edit: My female roommate says it's very pathetic that you guys oped your own work.

No, I get it... but there are just as many uninformed opinion-raters that give unwarranted perfect 10s as there are inside hand jobs given out by editors that should know better... if not more so.

Abridged: Opinion system is broken, give the dead horse another whack.

STILL! No reason to boycott the thing outright, I'm sure there was a metric crapton of effort put into it. You should at least give it a look-see.
