I really don't know what I'm doing wrong guys.
Heres a picture of the uncommented fake .avi
Exported uncompressed .avi
The imported fake .avi
This is where I think it starts but it can be all taken away by the export settings, correct?
Exporting Settings
And if anyone can/wants to help me with the audio
Sorry if I'm being a bother.

Re: Reducing size
Turn off "Deinterlace video footage". I can almost guarantee that that's what's causing all the horrible jagged edges.

Re: Reducing size
Sorry for the double post, but I should add that that option shouldn't be checked in the project settings either (if it exists). I can't tell from your screencaps whether the jagged edges in the preview monitor are because of deinterlacing or because the video is being previewed at smaller than 100% size.

Re: Reducing size
As far as the audio goes, never edit with MP3 files. Only use Wave (Uncompressed PCM). That could be where the audio problems are arising from. Also, make sure that whatever your audio's properties are, that the project settings match them.
