Au no Yoichi
A samurai who spent his entire life in the moutains and came to the big city. Absolutely hilarious. I'm definetly following this one.

Re: Au no Yoichi
it's based on the manga ashita no yoichi which i have enjoyed reading. the first ep is ok, although it does add a bit of extra content to fill in time (not always a bad thing). it looks like it has potential but i'll hold judgement until a few more episodes. i also had high hopes for rosario vampire and to love ru and both series were rather dissapointing in the end.

Re: Au no Yoichi
MORE BOOBS!
Asu no Yoichi and Ashita no Yoichi [manga]
What's with the naming?
What's more, the anime kinda shifted scenarios a bit vs. the manga.
anime: meets girls in mall, goofiness ensues
manga: meets girls at home, goofiness ensues
This guy is also a closet rapist. [blond girl in changing room. funniest sequence ever for me ^_^]
I hope it doesn't fall into Love Hina garbage where the joke is the same [accidental grab, flying warner bros. violence]
Akikkan would be better then. At least that guy is grabbing purposefully and deserves the hit and for some reason, that's a joke that won't get old since like, there are no pervert anime heroes

Re: Au no Yoichi
Typo. It's called Asu no Yoichi not Au no Yoichi. My bad.

Re: Au no Yoichi
Saw ep 2. [shudder] Ken Akamatsu I guess would be proud...
monster differences between the anime/manga, namely, the weapon used by Washizu [very idiotic idea actually]
Are all tsundere destined to be with like no boobs or something?
Maybe some doujinshi will keep this more interesting...
