Most famous moment in anime (for you and friends)

Ok I am not specifically asking to get replies stating the most famous moment in the anime as judged by the anime itself.

But everyone's group will likely over time have seen a lot of anime, and surely there has to have been moments that the entire group just never seems to forget.

In my circle of friends, the phrase "not the little girl" shouted as a form of pleading response is a very well liked quote.
It happened during an episode of Blue Gender. The scene, a small girl alone in a doorway with the viewer looking as if from within the room, and the girl is outside.
It had been scenes of carnage all the way up to that point. My friend stated before it had happened, oh I hope the little girl makes it. Just mere moments later poof the little girl is eliminated.

Now any time we watch a show, where it looks like they are setting up a scene where someone is just certain to get it, we yell out, "not the little girl!!".

I got nothin'. None of my friends have a good enough internet connection to watch the same anime that I do, so they never get the references I make.

The first one that comes to mind for me is if we're staring off in space, then someone asks what we're thinking about, the response from me and my group is usually "I was thinking about hemerrhoids," from Azumanga Daioh. I know there's others, but that's just the 1st one I remembered.

most people around me got to see Cowboy Bebop, Boogiepop Phantom and Samurai X Trust & Betrayal. which is probably a great selection since I never heard anyone joking about it being for kids, on the other hand it made girls in english class uncomfortable when we showed the first episode of Boogiepop to everyone.

i decided to torture friends by making them watch a dubbed episode of code geass.

in one scene, CC says "your unveiling me!" in the most pathetic dub voice ever. now everytime we tell a secret about the other or something like that, we'd imitate that line.

During the V For Vendetta episode, one of the Zeros yelled, "Yeah, lets all get deported!" One of my friends was drinking a soda at the time, and he almost drowned himself laughing.

Nothing beats Naruto, Dragonball Z and Bleach. Because of these 3 animes, our friendship remains intact for 7 years already.
