Yeah, there was a jerk guide years ago. Someone suggested I update it and this was the result. Mostly I just went and started from scratch though, the old guide was actually too nice. A 'jerk guide' and 'a fucking org asshole' guide are the same topic there's a vast difference in tone to them. Besides, about half of this comes from personal experience of me actually having done it. Actually I originally did suggest that but removed it. It got in the way of my point for the future fuck ups part. Plus it was the only thing that could actually cause major problems for the org.
