DVD Decrypter Problems

Trying to rip the 2nd and 3rd volumes of Black Lagoon and I get an error that says "Invalid BUP/IFO File", and it says it has a head reader error.

Any ideas about what this could mean? I can get screenshots if need be.

Clean the disc then try again, if it still doesn't work download the freeware of DVDFab.

DVDFab has failed me. It also has a reader error.

Vol. 1 of Black Lagoon ripped fine, then every other one has failed. Any possible explinations?

Update: tried to rip vol 3 with DVDFab again. Got to about 50% and it claimed to be finished. Put the vobs in DGIndex and there was glitching all to hell.

DVD itself plays fine so I got no idea what's messing up here.

Try RipIt4Me, as Krisqo recommended it in this thread and seemed to work.

if RIPit4me doesnt work try AnyDVD if that fails too, then my friend its a dvd problem.
