This might not even be anime, but the damn thing's stuck in my head now, and I have to remember it. It was a cartoon movie I saw when I was a lot younger, like 4-5, at most 6. If I remember right, it was probably around the same time as Totoro came out in the U.S.
I remember only a few scenes/things about it clearly:
1) Santa Claus riding ontop of a toy train.
2) A ride on a blimp into a dark part of clouds and the captain saying "Don't worry, I've sailed through nightmare before!"
3) A little kid sitting on his bed, staring at his window, which lights up outside and he sees the same blimp.
4) This is all a dream in the kid's head.
5) This is a totally wild guess, but I believe it had Ghilbi-esque animation, at least characters wise. Could be horribly wrong though.
Any ideas as to what I'm remembering would be much appreciated.

No thanks on the first born, but no prob. Also, awesome Little Nemo is awesome. Brings back memories. The game was awesome as well, though it's been awhile since I watched it/played the game. The movie itself is Little Nemo: Adventures in Slumberland, and although it was released in Japan first, I'm not sure if it's considered anime. The Origonal Head Hunter wrote:8bit_samurai is my hero.
