Yeah, I should've listened...
so, x2 on this one. Ep22 should be the final ep, so it's only a week of fingernail biting :\

At this point, if I was tomoya...
Spoiler :
After losing my wife... My only daughter from my wife (Watching both die right infront of you unable to do a thing)... I probably would of been so broken down i'd either be a robot for the rest of my life or commit suicide straight up. I wouldn't know how else to cope with such a situation other then some saintly person entering my life and helping me put it back together.
"The people cannot be [...] always, well informed. The part which is wrong will be discontented, in proportion to [...] the facts they misconceive. If they remain quiet under such misconceptions, it is lethargy, the forerunner of death to public liberty. What country can preserve its liberties, if it's rulers are not warned [...] that this people preserve the spirit of resistance? The tree of liberty must be refreshed from time to time, with the blood of patriots and tyrants."-Thomas Jefferson

For the first time in a long time, I don't feel like watching anime.
Any reason why I shouldn't just an hero now?

Spoiler :
And OH GOD WHY?!!! Key has officially marks itself of being one of the most cruel storytellers in ripping one's heart repeatedly! USHIO!!!!!

Something supernatural is going to happen; I'm sure of it. That last bit in the episode seemed to go in full circle.

Despite having not seen the 21st episode yet, I'll have to agree from the copious and synonymous comments that this will end just like the first season, with extras added onto the actual ending.
Everything came from nothing, therefore everything is nothing.

There's nothing to worry about.

I've been too absorbed by my new PS3 these past few weeks so I only got around to watching episode 18-21 this morning.
Spoiler :
I hope Ushio isn't dead for good... something like what happened when Nagisa was revived in Akio's arms. Remember the orb of light Tomoya got a while ago? It's gonna have some significance. Or maybe (I hope so) they do the games true end, remember the vision at the end of episode 21? Well, read the next spoiler if you want to know how the True Ending goes.
Spoiler :
There are two endings to the After Story; the first ending (more commonly known as the “Bad Ending”) must to be viewed first as a prerequisite in order to collect all the light orbs required to unlock the True Ending. If you manage to collect all 13 orbs, with the last one likely to be Akio’s, then the true ending becomes available. The true ending is the final culmination of Nagisa’s arc, and consummation of the Clannad game as a whole. Basic synopsis is as follows:

After Ushio is born, Nagisa is thought to have passed away; however Tomoya sees a vision* of Nagisa at the bottom of the hill where they first met. She humbly requests that he not regret having ever met her, despite all the painful events that ensued. Tomoya responds by acknowledging her request, stating that he shall stand tall and live on, proceeding to then ask her to climb the slope once again with him; Nagisa gives him a positive response, and the strength of the 13 light orbs converge. Nagisa wakes up and thanks Tomoya for never letting go of her hand the entire time; the true game credits then roll, with illustrations depicting Tomoya, Nagisa and Ushio living happily.

It's almost like time turns back since in the game you have to finish the Bad End before you can view the True End.
