Reccomend a Good Program

I've been making some Vocaloid2 songs lately and I've been wondering, what would be the must program to combine the Vocaloid2 vocals with the music? For example, I remade Sakura Saku (Love Hina) in Megurine Luka (The new one in the character series) and have been having trouble matching up the vocals with the off vocal music. Any reccomendations?

Forgive me if I'm not allowed to ask for help with Vocaloid2 here, it's my first time posting in this section.

If the audio files are compatible (WAV is preferred, I suppose), I'd suggest Audacity.

Another option is to use your video editor (Premiere, Vegas, etc.) if they support multiple audio tracks (which most do).

Ah thanks, Audacity works perfectly. Vocaloid2 can only export in WAV and MIDI format anyways.
