So, so close...
Well, I got use to premire, I've made 2 videos with it so far, and they both kick, I just can't upload them on a 56K connection to anyone at this point... but I ran into a problem on my 3rd video. It won't export all of the video. The video is about 5500 or so frames long, and it's only exporting 4377 Frames... I have the little yellow bar at the top the length of the video and audio, I have it set to export the entire project, but it won't export anymore then 4377 Frames... anyone know how to get it to export ALL Of the video? I have no clue as to what's wrong.

What kind of error you get? Does Premiere shut down without a word? And, more important, do you have enough free space on your HD?
If the problem is always at the same frame then you can have a corrupt video or audio file: try to replace/disable things to see what happens

You should never underestimate the predictability of stupidity.

I'm not getting an error. It just won't make the full video. It starts making it, and only picks up 4377 frames, which is 4 minutes and 33 seconds. The video should be 5 minutes and 15 seconds, so I assume it's around 5000 - 5500 frames. It's set to export the entire project and that yellow bar which tells it what it's exporting is set to the end of the video (I had problems with that the first time I made a video in premiere, but I fixed it) and my harddrive currently has 7.95 Gigs free, so it should have enough for the uncompressed video (Currently, the size is 3.99, so it should be 4.5 - 5.0 or so gigs when I get the complete video... thankfully I have a second hard drive I also work with.)

Ahhhhhh - I seeeee.
You have a Fat32 Hard Drive system - either because you are using windows 98 or because you never formatted to NTFS on win2k or winXP.
Fat32 drives have a filesize limit of 4 gig. To solve this problem either:
a) Manually export your video in two sections and use the "append avi" option in virtualdub to put them together again.
b) Use the premiere frameserver from www.videotools.net to avoid having to make the huffyuv file as you can use it to frameserve directly from the timeline. You can also use this to link to virtualdub and make a segmented file if you still want to make a HQ file for archiving.
c) reformat the drive to NTFS
