I love Noir soooo much. I like the fact that they didn't show the blood, since the show wasn't about the blood, it was about the characters. (even if there were a few slow moments with relentless flashbacks). Madlax was kindof a letdown to me...seemed like it just missed the mark. So far I'm loving Phantom, but I reeeeally miss having Yuki Kajiura doing the music.

This anime has greatly contributed to me highly anticipating Saturday Nights again. 8D I am loving Phantom RFTP so far! ^^
(Possibly worthy of an AMV? Hopefully. =D)

Just saw episode 3, I just about spit up my drink laughing when she was explaining to Zwai how to knife fight. That's a good way to end up in the hospital. (Or morgue) All well and fine for entertainment I guess, but it was so blatantly contridictory to actual knife fighting theory that I couldn't help but smirk.

All in all great episode though, keeping up the trend of fantastic music quite well.

Just finished watching episode three and four. Man, this show picked up! I'm a lot more interested now than I was before!
Spoiler :
So... Zwei has superpowers? :?

Predictions: Ein will die before the series is over. :/

You know what? I was rather reluctant of this series especially since Bee Train was involved, and anyone who's familiar their series knows how utterly slow-paced and drawn out it can be. Four episodes into this, and it looks like they improved the their usual pacing speed and actually made this engaging. I think I'll follow this one as well.

And look in the bright side! This is the one series based on a visual novel that's actually available in the U.S.! :D

It wouldn't play on my dvd player though. [it was supposed to be a menu based DVD game for anyone]

It also had this hot sexy chick with long blonde hair, red suit, and a Steyr Aug [that weapon screams sexy]

Some lesbian gun sex overtones where on the back of the box, though I think the vis. nov. here in America may have been censored. [eep]

Now I want to grab the iso, gah!

It wasn't all that bad, though real trained knife users don't hold the knife blade out. They should be holding it blade in [reverse grip] with the blunt side against their forearm turning their upper arm into a 'mini-sword'. It should also be held in the back hand. The fight was definitely wrong theory wise though as using the knife in the leading hand isn't what a trained martial artist does anyways... Steven Seagal [shoot me, I like his knife fighting] has good examples of it in Under Siege.

Good catch, wanted to watch the ep's scene again to be sure ^_^

From episode 5, this show is officially grimdark. Bravo. I may have trouble sleeping with those big round eyes digging into my skull.
