Song was quite annoying though, and the whole thing seemed to drag on for too long, you should have cut down the song.

When the video was over, the only thought I had was "Did she just eat a Canary?"...What a bizarre looking show, I don't think I could watch something like that...but KMFDM is one of my favorite bands, and when I saw "Fun Comedy"...it worried me...but you pulled it off well, its funny and clever. Is this really your first AMV?

Yes this really is my first AMV. It took so long to make as I had to learn everything in the process to make this. Converting DVD footage as well as using premiere for the first time. The show really is worth it to watch, there's something for everyone in that one. It is very out there I'll warn ya. The song fit with the anime way too well to just leave it alone.

The Deinterlacing Artifacts in slow scenes really bother me though. It would really profit from being fixed.
And I think the font for the credits does not fit well.

good first vid! But if I had to put a finger on it I'd say your too inconcistant. By the end it was hardly about 'strange' and only a little about Guu, mostly action. That was my main complaint. But your effort showed, if you stayed concistant it would have been a vid for all time -_- but as is, a great first video! Keep em coming!

Glad you liked it. I may yet go back and clean the rest of them up. No one really told me how to do any of this I was just winging it in Premiere. It was a lot worse before I went and cleaned up what I did. The best method I’ve found for doing this is to extract the entire clip in the timeline and convert it into images. Then fix those and import them back into Premiere. I’m sure there’s a much easier way of doing this but I’ve found this produces the best result so far.

For this vid I threw consistency completely out the window and didn't even make that much of an attempt. My next vid I'm going to do a lot more planning and focus more on the flow.

This video didn't really peak my interest until around the :50 mark, up until that point I just thought it was going wayy too slow. There are a few other times where it seems the video is just moving too slow for the audio to me but because the scenes you're playing are just so bizarre they take the attention away from everything else. Minus for a few parts where it seemed to be a bit slow your sync was really good and scene choices were excellent. My main gripe is that this is just farrr too long for what it is. Having it this long, though you were consistent throughout and using fresh scenes, just really didn't work for me. I think in a drama video with a story line to follow the length this is wouldn't be bad, but a fun weird video, even a well edited full weird video just gets a bit boring and repedative after awhile. That being said I think it's a really good and interesting video, and for a first video it's amazing. Keep up the good work.
