Apart from Code Geass being one of the most epic Animes ever there were some scenes that were even more epic than just epic xD
Two things were mentioned before: When Zero's mask is shot by Suzaku and falls to the floor and Euphie being accidentally under the influence of Geass and killing all the japanese people.

1. R2, Episode 13: The moment Lelouch discovers Shirley's body covered with blood and she tells him that she can't help falling in love with him over and over again. I am not into Lelouch & Shirley, but this moment had me crying like... like oh, this was such a horrible feeling x.x

2. R2 episode 23 (I think): C.C. comes into Lelouch's room and leans against him, telling him that he has done well until now. Then the song 'innocent days' begins. Until the end of the song it sent shivers, these moments are so epic.

3. The song 'madder sky' in the end of the Anime when Lelouch is killed. It is so unbelievable... Well, you can beat me for that but I believe he's still alive Too many hints to be ignored...

All the movies are just epic.
However:
2nd movie: SHIKI telling Kokuto about Shiki's personality and that she wants to kill everyone who tries to open her up in order to protect herself.

The moment when Shiki tries to kill Kokuto and holding a knife at his throat, begins to cry. When he says that he doesn't want to die, she smiles to him, saying: I want to kill you
After that it turns black

The fifth movie is epic until the very last moment...

it was mentioned before. Misuzu right before reaching her 'final' goal. So epic...
