Black screen when rendering (Sony Vegas 7.0)

Another problem I've been unable to solve in the past few days...

Whenever I render parts of my project on Sony Vegas 7.0, the video doesn't show. The audio is there, but all I get is a black screen.
(My video is compressed into Lagarith, in case that means anything)

I can see everything perfectly in the preview, but during rendering everything goes black.

Please help

Disable the resample on every clip which has had it's speed/rate altered.

Right click > Switches > Disable Resample

Don't worry about it. Most of us that run into this problem have to find the solution via asking. It's really not readily obvious.

(Honestly, I still don't know why the resample causes some speed-altered clips to go black.)
