How do I find Millennium Actress Britsh Dub?

I'm trying to collect all of my favorite anime movies on DVD, and Millennium Actress is next on the list. Apparently, the American company that licensed it for distribution refused to make an English dub, and all of the versions I found on RightStuf, Amazon, eBay, etc. are sub only. This confused me because the pirated version I have is dual audio. I found out that the U.K. made its own dub, and that is the one I have.

Does anyone know where I can find the British dub of this movie on DVD?

British Dub? You mean with the accents and everything? THERE ARE BRITISH VOICE ACTORS?

Amazon.co.uk has it, and they ship internationally.

Im pretty sure those DVDs wont work with what Ive got, which means I shouldn't even bother.

Actually, loading them in your pc's drive will work just fine. It just won't work with region locked devices... which means your dvd player won't be able to read it.

That means it'd be no different than having the pirated copy I have now. The point of having it on DVD is to be able to watch it on the big screen downstairs.

I have a weird DVD player. It has a little switch on the back that lets you switch between PAL and NTSC.
