Cleaning FFX Footage

Okay.

Ive extracted all the cutscenes from the US Final Fantasy PS2 game and most of the clips apear to be a bit blocky. Does anyone have any recommendations to fix this isssue.

Ive provided a screenshot so you guys can play around with it.
