FAQ

Q: I have a question!
A: Have you checked the flowchart?

Q: So what actually happens when I reach FAIL in the flowchart?
A: We lose a day and the next editor just goes on at the point the editor before the FAILed editor has stopped.

Q: What is CHEESECAKE?
A: If you don't know I'm not sure if you should join the MEP! But because I'm a nice guy: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Cheesecake

Q: How's the order determined?
A: First come, first served. Re-joining is only possible when the editor's turn is done (even after FAIL) even though you can say in advance you'd like to rejoin.

Q: When will it start?
A: It already started. You'll be getting a PM around a week before it's your turn to confirm your availability. You'll be getting a PM at the day of your turn with detailed instructions.

Q: What are the official starting and ending time of each turn?
A: I'll be uploading the progress and sending you a PM around 1:00AM EST and then you've got until 0:00AM EST to upload your segment. This is because I can check it consistently when I wake up in the morning and before I leave. Any other time of the day is kinda unreliable whether I'll be online or not.

Q: How can I contact you?
I'll be most likely be online around 5-7:00PM EST if you got questions, but you can try anytime. That's the time you will most likely catch me. You can send a message through IRC (#AMV) or check my profile for my AIM details.

Q: So what happens when you're not around?
Code is co-coordinator, so he will do the job on days I'm not able to do so.

Q: What's the song?
A: That's a secret up until it's your turn to edit, actually everything will only be uploaded to you FTP account when it's your turn. I can tell it's about 1 minute to 1.5 minute in length, because it will take a lot of days just to fill this track with footage.
