A world without AMVs :O

Ugh. I just had a KICKASS AMV idea hit me... from the music that plays over and over at work. I mean... if this song is playing... I can't work. Simple as that. Proof positive that amv editing is BAD for your health.

Now are we talking a world where AMVs never existed, or were AMVs around for a while before being eliminated?

The former would make my life so different, I can't even picture it. The latter, well, I honestly don't think I'd be particularly upset. I've already met some of the best people I've ever known. Besides, nothing lasts forever, so why should AMVs?

On the other hand, you're most likely talking about the complete lack of any AMVs ever. It's still too early to worry about 2017 anyway.

This is a good point. If I hadn't been editing instead of attending classes I could have graduated the first time around. In which case I'd still be stuck in this pit of a job just with a degree and a slightly higher wage (crap instead of insulting.) I never would have discovered the joys of editing, filming and 3D.

Then again like many older editors I hadn't seen any other AMVs before starting my first, therefor if no one else had done so at the time the I would have been the inventor of the AMV.....

I wouldn't be too upset either if AMVs were to suddenly disappear.

Right now, I don't even want to think about my life without AMVs (or, more specifically, the people I've met through them).
