I just saw the trailer for PaniPoni Dash and was wondering, can someone tell me more about it? Like, the appropriate age group, number of episodes and whether it's worth watching?

It's a decent little off-the-wall comedy. I thought Azumanga Daioh was better, but Pani Poni Dash is worth a watch if you like comedy. It's more A.D.D. than Azu, as I recall.

You're mistaken. Negima, to my knowledge, has a plot.

Oh, and this teacher is a girl. But...details.

From watching the trailer, it looks like they copied Azumanga Daioh - child prodigies, drunk teachers... and the cat in the vending machine looks like Chiyo's Father... But if it's like Azumanga Daioh then that probably means it's good.

Only real connection to Negima is both have 10 year old teachers. Admittedly a big sounding similarity, but Negima is all centered on the magic, and there is nothing supra natural in Pani Poni Dash, it's just goofy slice of life anime.
