I just heard you edit on the Mac - I totally forgot there are people who also used Macs! So tell me lossless codecs you use there and we can work something out. I heard about Sheervideo and that being also available for Windows, but I haven't had experience in Premiere with that, so I need to check that out first.

Normally I would us PNG for my lossless. I'm not sure if that would work with premiere or not. I'll look into Sheervideo, if that would work for you.

Or that lossless x.264 what mirkosp was talking about.

Luckily he mentioned it a bit early (well, it's still morning in the US), so if anybody whos turn is in 2 weeks or further want to and can edit today, you can do it. Constant quality set at 1 and and make it so that every frame is a keyframe. If you know how to do command line encoding this would be it:
