My best work so far.

Won 3rd place at Midori Fest's AMV Contest (Portugal).

You know the Code Geass Phenomenon AMV's on (you know where)? Maybe you'll enjoy this one.
Please watch, and comment. Thanks!

This song is used in many AMVs, for me it was boring!

Although the technique is good!

I did not like this at all. editing was poor and felt un focused alot of the times.
Lots of lip flap ( or just really bad lip sync ) Not to mention using phenomenon doesn't help your case.
2/5
sorry man, nothing really great here.

You already know what I think about it ^^, it was one -if not THE ONE- of your best works yet. You just have to keep improving :3

Ok, this video has indeed been overdone. The song has been cursed for a while now, so I'm not surpirsed when I wasn't a huge fan.

That being said, as a Geass fan, I liked it. As a critique, I was skeptical. =D

The sync was buggy at times. The flashing white borders were overkills, as weas the flashing yellow blasts. The lip sync was in dire need of fine tuning, and it was WAAAY too slow at times. The ending was the best part, speaking after Suzaku's poor sip sync by then. Oh and the end credits were about the best credits I've seen in a long time. Lol.

I'm just grateful to see another geass video. >.>

I liked how this wasn't edited to the same style as some of the Originals that were made for this song.

Nice job "Thumbs Up"

The song is definitely overused, but the editing was pretty good. I think that a lot of your lip syncs were a bit off and unnecessary, but this amv was still very entertaining. The only real issue that I have with this is that your scene selection is a bit random. You didn't really focus on any particular theme and kinda just used various clips from a completely unrelated series of of events. I've seen both seasons of Code Geass about 3 times, so I can tell that you kinda did a chronological retelling of the 1st season, but anyone that haven't seen Code Geass wouldn't be able to follow this amv at all.

I give this amv a 3.9 out of 5

P.S. You really did an awesome job on the code geass font. Your Banner is AWESOME

Yes, one of the ideas was to do it chronologically. And it wasn't that random, I tried pretty much follow the lyrics. As for lip-syncs, I wanted to give it a shot, even if they suck a bit ^^' .
The purpose was (trying?) to show the effect of Geass on everyone else involved, on the world.
Thanks for all the comments I've received for now ^^ It will help me evolve.

PS: I haven't seen YET Code Geass R2 *kills himself* xD .

I already saw this, and i already told u a few words.

I can see influences from Laura's video in here, not because of the song, but it's not that hard to tell. That is the first minus.

On it's own, the video mixes good and bad. The editing is technically nice at about 70% of the video, feels balanced and kindda constant...exception to the other 30% that feel a little weaker, but mostly also pretty acceptable.

As for the idea, it's kindda clear, the song choice and Lyrics make the viewer understand what u wanted to show, tho it does feels a little bland in feeling and "story-telling", that's why some ppl might refer to this as "kindda random".

Quality is pretty good and it's clear that u've put quite some effort into this!

i would say a 3,5/5 would be a fair rating, considering the video on it's own :)
