Just an idea - wouldn't it be better to have the list in the first post in the order of:

In Progress
(list)

Complete
(list)

Dead
(list)

Since I am usually looking here for the projects that still run and it's harder to look for them in the middle of the list.

EDIT:

Also, wouldn't it be good to set some rule as to when to move some project from In Progress to Dead because of inactivity? I know some projects are noisy and some are silent, but projects whose threads are two years dead and locked... you get the picture.

There ought to be a fourth category: Legends! There are projects which have been running for two years or longer and have not yet been completed. Prime example: SOAD2... :P
