Kingdom Hearts (NTSC-U) Extractors (Intro and Ending)

So after many years and many requests, it's finally been done.

Thanks to ffxdean and the many others who contributed in making these extractors possible, as well as my sudden lack of laziness and willingness to learn LBA tables.

Of course there are other FMV's in KH but the Intro and Ending are the major ones, and next i'm going to look for the Secret Ending and possibly other FMV's if requested or a game save to the exact point of the FMV can be provided.

Currently the only way to find the FMV's locations is through playing them on a PS2 Emulator (PCSX 2) so I have to get to the points in the game where the FMV's are, so obviously the Intro was the easiest.

Note: For both they extract to the wrong resolution, through comparison with KH2 FMV's i believe the correct resolution is 512x352, also some playing speed and duration time issues occurred, which also happens with KH2 FMV's but once the video files are re-encoded (for example to AVI) all of that gets corrected (I converted the KH intro to AVI and muxed with the audio and it played fine, with all the timing correct)

Well it seems as though not too many have taken an interest in this post yet, but i hope it does get use from the many who have wanted these FMV's right off the disc since KH's release back in 2002.

Anyway here's the Secret Ending extractor as i said i was going to get, i think i'm stopping there unless requested, because i'm pretty sure most of the other "FMV" cutscenes are actually rendered in-game and can't be extracted.
