Vegas showing effect's when...i DONT add them?
So my Vegas preview is showing an effect i'm not adding .It's apppears that it has black and white when the clip itself has no effects.

Does this persist even after exporting, or is it just showing in the preview?

That is quite weird.. Have you tried re-encoding the file and replacing the old one?
Also, when you watch that video file by itself (as in, outside of Vegas) it isn't black and white is it?

Maybe you accidentally added the effect to the track it's on? That's all I can really think of

Try following:
- take the effect which makes Black/White (probably some saturation, or directly B/W effect)
- drag it over the source which makes this (in the Source List panel)
- it should open the effect setting window. See if some effect is on and if it is, turn it off.
You could also check the track settings, if by accident you have all of one source on one track.
You can put the effect on almost everything (clip, will affect clip, track, will affect track, preview, will affect final vid as a whole), but sometimes it works in kinda hidden way :3
