Actually he'd be completely able to do it himself. It's all about using mbtree with insane x264 settings, really. That bitch can get up to 70% SSIM increases. No shit.

...though one needs a big amount of RAM (read: depending on the settings and on the resolution of the source, 2 unallocated GBs might not suffice) to run high rc-lookahead values. <_<
