No penalizing will come because of seconds, if a trade can be proved in the main thread. And your trade was in the thread [just checked]. You're fine.

Before getting my ass flamed, I will make sure you don't forget I traded 3 seconds and 25 frames off of someone.
Think it was Vivaldi? or Aaron?
Don't really recall whom gave me those, but I know that I've done a trade of seconds. So here's the reminder.
