i run almost every day in the morning

i only get on the computer at night, im not sure why
oh..yeah and in between classes while at college
since they gave me such a long break b/w them and im 45 mins away from home

high metabolic rates aren't gonna save your heart from all that cholesterol RANMA. I should know (6'1", 145 lbs). I used to eat like a bag of chips a day, no vegetables, and a ton of cookies/ice-cream/cake/pie. Now I eat lots of fruit and a salad with every meal, which helps me keep from eating a bunch of sugary stuff at the end of each meal. And I must say I feel a hell of a lot better than I use to, even if my physical build hasn't changed much.

Both but I like CANADIAN FOOTBALL BETTER! (like american football but its a few diffrent rules, its harder, and the field is longer and wider)

holy flaming fuck! you literaly weith twice as much as me, and are 2 inches taller. but in all seriousnes, My best friend is almost as tall as me (half an inch shorter) and wieghts 200, and this isn't fat mind you, all muscle and bone. (I would know since he used it to kick my ass on several ocasions.) so 260 at 5'11 is no big deal.

ehh, 6 feet flat and somewhere around 240. but it's mostly muscle from football. Yes american, I was a defensive/offensive lineman from 7th to 12th grade.
Also am an Eagle scout, so I hike alot. But I'm really lazy and don't have the cash for real outdoor trips that are worth the time they consume. But I can still walk at 13 mph with a 120 lb pack in the woods, so i'll just stay the same.
Too lazy to officially work out or jog in the day, I just do 300 or so situps and 100or less pushups in my dorm and walk to all my classes. Don't have too much cash wise so I am constantly undereating. But my metabolism is plummiting. Oh well, as long as I don't develop Lupis like one side of my family or cancer like both sides of my family, I'll be happy.
