please, what good would an oar do against a 12 gauge?

Bum Job
Well, my job requires me to go to construction sites, and even with an elevator handy, I'm required to use the stairs because I have to check on every God Forsaken floor. So when a building is 36 floors high, life is definitely a bitch for me.
However, when I'm not satisfied punishing myself, I go to the gym, run the mill for 15 minutes, then I lift weights (very light) and do ab exercises to tone my already overworked muscles.

I'd like to think I'm quirky, but I think I just come off as weird most of the time.

I guess I'm not safe either then. Considering I'm 5'8" and 119lbs. Still haven't broken 120lbs.jonmartensen wrote:high metabolic rates aren't gonna save your heart from all that cholesterol RANMA. I should know (6'1", 145 lbs). I used to eat like a bag of chips a day, no vegetables, and a ton of cookies/ice-cream/cake/pie. Now I eat lots of fruit and a salad with every meal, which helps me keep from eating a bunch of sugary stuff at the end of each meal. And I must say I feel a hell of a lot better than I use to, even if my physical build hasn't changed much.
Anyways, I have hockey at 9:45pm tonight. Oooooo, late.

The best effects are the ones you don't notice.

lol, hasn't stopped me from playing though. How many years have I played? Hmmm... this is my 9th or 10th year playing. Played defence my first year, then centre forward the rest of my life.SSJVegita0609 wrote:I miss hockey, played for 7 years and then had to quit. Good times... For the most part it's DDR for me. I play for at least 5 hours every weekend (not that I need it ). My job usually has me lifting stuff in moderation (game systems and such) and I always walk if a place is close. I know people that'll drive someplace that's a block away
Everyone is not the same as you.
Get over it.
And lighten up.
