Re: Universe
The idea is interesting, colors were nice..
However in the end I just didn't like it at all due to its "omg impactful stuff here, but it all means nothing!" .
talk bout a let down from all those neat screen shots .. D;

Re: Universe
The reason I like this video so much is well it is emotional for me. When I was in high school I used to take walks by myself at night, while doing so, I'd stare at the sky. I'd think about almost everything. It'd be very relaxing for me. Maybe looking at a vast sky made my own issues seem smaller. This video captures the feelings that I would have on those walks. "The universe in each of us" makes sense to me because on those walks, I'd being contemplating the things in my universe. So I have personal connection to this video. Perhaps you didnt take walks like I did, but I do wonder if any of you felt a similar emotion from this video.

Re: Universe
Is this an AMV or a universe discovery video?...Bauzi wrote:What I critic:
The concept. What's the point? I don't blame people who like videos for having pretty pictures in it, but this alone doesn't convince me at all. So right at the beginning we stare into a universe for 1 minute. ~okay~
Than we saw random characters watching random things and panoramas. He? Come on. If they would continue to stare into the sky than it would be okay for me. Things bug me like the bleach characters looking into a sunrise, people kissing each others etc...
Strict critic I must say... BUT - I do agree with Bauzi on this one. Video missed something, however I can't discribe what exactly it needs, maybe an actual story that the viewer would understand instead of just a pile of "nice" scenes? Gotta say that I liked those universe scenes though (that's a little fetish of mine XD).Bauzi wrote:I see two character emotions in the whole video: amazement and romance (kiss scene). That's it! That's nothing at all that justifies a universe in us that should be enormous and detailed. All you showed two us are two sides of humanity.
But that doesn't change the fact - there is no story. While watching I was waiting for something to happen, but after vid finished I was like "wtf? is that it??" -.- Yeah, scene with Ootani ant Koizumi was neat, but THAT'S ALL THERE IS. If that's all you wanted to show, then you could just made a video with no anime footage at all >.>
Is there really a 'Universe Inside Of Us'? Gotta say never knew any of those was in me >.>Bauzi wrote:"The Universe Inside Of Us"
This just screams: RANDOM PHRASE! Inside of us?
Damn BULL'S EYE man.Animated wrote:Impressive scenes, without a concept. Yes, it was beautiful, but on the other hand anyone would say "hey... what did i just watch?"
Maybe I was a bit too harsh,but that's my opinion. 2.8/5

C'mon man, it's not completely full of hollows. Sure he used Bleach, but there are a whole bunch of other shows he included too!Niotex wrote:While visually appealing its a completely hollow video.

Re: Universe
As an aspiring astronomer I enjoyed it. As an AMV editor, I did not at all.
It just kinda sets my teeth on edge to see yet another pretty-scene/weak-concept video. And I'm sorry, but when Bauzi says this:

I can't help but agree wholeheartedly. Putting that phrase at the end of the video does not justify the fact that you just put a bunch of random scenes together.Bauzi wrote:"The Universe Inside Of Us"
