Keeps disconnecting from the Server.

O.k, I am trying to upload my Music video for the first time, I have done everything according to the guide so it should work right? but it gets to about 20% and then restarts the upload! I have tried to upload about four times and it keeps doing it or else it disconnects from the server, I am getting really frustrated! Is there anyone who can help me fix this problem?

What does the log of the ftp client say?

What size is your video? There is a 100MB limit. If it is larger than that and is not a ten+ minute video then you will need to compress it properly.

It is disconnecting but the most frustrating part is even when it isn't disconnecting it gets to about 20% then restarts the download I feel like screaming. Well the size is 519, 418, 880 I don't know if that is the 100 MB size that is needed.

Well, there are online converters for those trivial things. Also, windows tells you the dimension in MBs too...

Ok I tried compressing it using Zarx264gui and it just doesn't seem to be working, It just says cannot load avisynth.dll I am so confused right now I thought I had done everything right.
