I try to get to the gym here at my office at least a couple times a week. I run on the treadmill for a mile or two to warm up, then do some lifting, then back for another mile. Normally I'm quite dead at this point. I'm also 5'11" and 260, or I was last time I checked. However, I think in my defense it is mostly muscle. Granted, I gots me some fat, but I can bench 200 and leg press almost 500 lbs. I play DDR a bit too, though I haven't in a several days. I was never big into sports, though I know I could have been good in football had I been so inclined. Defensive line, of course. I water ski in the summer and ski in the winter, though this winter I've already made some plans to try snowboarding with a friend of mine. I'm on a diet, and losing weight, which is good. I told myself I won't get a haircut until I lose at least 20 lbs, and I really need one...I'm looking a bit shaggy up top. I will never be small. I think I'm built too big for that. I'm pretty sure I'd be wider than most people even if i had 2% body fat. But yeah, that's me :P
