  • Please limit your new threads (not replies) to one per week. If you have several new videos to announce, create one thread for all the videos. (Note: if you forget one you can edit your post!)
  • Offsite links are allowed, but you are required to have a catalog entry for that video as well. Threads announcing videos that do not contain a catalog entry will be moved to the Awaiting Catalog Entry sub-forum and will be deleted in 2 weeks if an entry is not created.
  • When posting announcements, it is recommended that you include links to the catalog entries (using the video ID) in your post.
  • Videos that do not contain anime are allowed to be announced in the Other Videos section and are not required to have catalog entries.

Wow, what an utter waste of 5 minutes. And the sad part was it actually felt longer. This really was just disgusting, unoriginal, and uncreative as hell; I really don't understand how you can comfortably take introductions from other animes and force them up with completely different sources, and ones that don't even come close tone wise either. I looked forward to "Appreciating each editors unique style" but there's nothing unique here at all; love the Project Relic rip off track too by the way. Disgusting.

This MEP is a joke; it's like everyone had ADD and just threw happy anime girls to whatever the fuck they wanted. If that's what you want to do with your AMV, fine. I respect your ability to make that aesthetic decision. But you will get shit for it even if I'm the only one in here barking about it. This is a disgrace, it's boring as holy fuck, and smacks of every other video I've seen and soon forgotten. The only reason I remember I even watched said horrible videos in the first place is because of the same generic "bad taste" they all leave in my mouth after another group of fuckwads decides to force a series of colorful anime girls down my throat by the truckload.

Don't mind Reda, he's a hater!

edit: Wow.... okay. Well, while I did feel like I was watching a very amature version of Project Ayumix, some tracks had........ some sort of potential. Like Matt said, I too looked forward to the, "Appreciating each editors unique style" but was disappointed, especially when I saw the Project Relic rip. I'd say just try to put more effort into each track the next time.

If Reda hates it, it must be good!

I enjoyed it. =)

I mean, I can't say it's the next berakthrough in AMv editing or anything like that, butt I can enjoy it for being what it is.

Track One: too cutesy for my taste, and the lip flap bothered me. You hit the atmosphere of the song, but some of the effects were uncessary. [Not a good starting vid for the MEP]
Track Two: Toradora in a nonsensical manner? Yes please! =) Again, lip flap bothered me.
Track Three: Borders on the left and right were distracting. Effects towards the end was a little odd and out of place....
Track Four: too short! It had a really good flow to it. Some of the beats were off at the 2:40 mark, but overall it was cute and worked well.
Track Five: Saber walking effect was cool at the start. Incorperation of the fanart was a little bit of a faus pax in my mind, and the transition to the next track was nonexistant.
Track Six: Best of the group. Fit Ergo Proxy's fill to a T. Effects were nice and well incorporated.
Track Seven: ITS A FUCKING TRAP! O_O [Also a really cute track, and my personal fav of teh bunch]

The Credtis were also nicely done. =)

Again, nothing world revolutionary, but I liked it for what it was and can appreciate it for what it was trying to do.

Honestly the only one track i enjoyed in the mep was the last track. Overall it seems you guys where rushing into something without thinking it all the way through. Nothing in the mep matches some tracks feel unpolished the mask's ok at best and the color is way off on a lot of the tracks.

I would give this 1.5/5 instead of 1 only because i feel the last track really held the mep.
