Hmm... Well, I hadn't really thought that far. I'm waiting for more interest before I really get into song picking. I'll get into that if we get more people involved, and then it won't be until close to the start date before I even start planning out things. Especially since I don't think many people are comfortable with me coordinating anything.Kyssifur wrote:OK, first I ask you to give us some instructions about the style of the song you imagine. Instrumental? Metal? Hip-Hop? English, spanish, japanese language, etc. I think it's important to know, because in this project, the first step is to choose the song, i think.

I liked the first one. I'd like to join this time. I'm up for a fighting theme if you choose that.

Re: No Excuses 2: [Interest Gauge]
id like to suggest that you're basically butchering the whole point of the "no excuses" name by making segments any longer then like 2 or 3 seconds. You can do whatever you want, that's just my 2 cents.

Re: No Excuses 2: [Interest Gauge]
instead of 30 second tracks, how about just keeping it at 48-72 frames but this time allowing us to do whatever we want with the track, e.g., allowing us to change scenes, use effects and such ect. as long as it keeps with rule (4) (I know this was a huge stickler for me and I'm sure a few other people.)

Re: No Excuses 2: [Interest Gauge]
I'm actually surprised people are wanting to keep with shorter segments. I honestly thought that was a turn off of no excuses, which is why I originally changed it. But if people want, I can make it 2-8 seconds for each track. We'll just need a lot of people to fill up the video void. But hopefully that won't be a problem.

It was nice to watch. Doesn't seam to be a lot of effort for editing. It was fun.

Re: No Excuses 2: [Interest Gauge]
I'm up for a rematch. Though I will be more pleased to join if we can have more freedom with our track. It really killed my enthusiasm for my track when the track I turned in was turned down because it apparently didn't seem like 1 scene because of what I did to edit it.

If Mexican Standoffs are involved, I might be interested.
I wanted to join the first one, since editing 48 frames sounded like shooting fish in a barrel, but the whole 24 hour limit thing was the turnoff for me.
