i suck with after effects, not to mention my cpu cant handle it.

Try search for some After Effects Tutorial, I'm sure that would help.
I'm in the same situation as you, I cant use it, or have I tried any tutorials.
Its just a suggestion

Using it at the moment; I found it in another thread, and it was highly recommended as the best site for free. So far it has really helped. It should be enough to help get you off the ground. Hope that it helps.
