Good Life!
===========
Comments:
Well after 3 months of editing I think its about time this AMV made its debut. Its been overdue for quite a while now, I started back in October and have been working on this since then...sometimes arduously but for the most part I spent like two hours on it every other day.
The concept is simple, and many people will find this style too bland and overused. To those people let me just say, I joined the bandwagon but have no intention to stay on. This is something relatively new to me and my main motivation for making such a video was to be able to say that I made a "feel good" amv. I had a hard time knowing when it was time to just call it quits and submit the final product, meaning there was a great amount of trial and error that took place...I ended up re-doing the intro and ending about 4 times each. And to add to that my laziness conflicted with my perfectionist views and well we can all guess where that led. With that aside I did put alot of work into this project, I found it hard to stick to my plan of using almost no effects...but I managed to stick to that and here is the end result.
With everything said I had fun working with this song and never expected I would grow so fond of it in such little time. So now, without further ado I present to you my latest project "Good Life". Enjoy
And a big thanks goes to Pete (PPforya80/herduliekamvs), you a cool dude man... thanks for encoding this and for all the help, later.
Edit: keep the comments/suggestions coming, they'll prove helpful for my next AMV.

Re: Good Life!
That's what i like! No f...ing drama. Rly optimistic and positive!
Edited pretty well (maybe something on the begging wasn't so cool).
The only thing that was annoying was aspect ratio.There is a lot of mess with this... or I just have some kind of blindness

Re: Good Life!
I guess I just got tired of all the sad videos... something new for 2010, yet with a bit of the old "feel-good" style, huh?
Anyway, the AR is messy but that's because at the time I wasn't getting much guidance for cropping, all my footage had already been converted (and some were just stretched) and I see my mistake there now. Maybe when I have time I'll redo the AR and have a fixed copy up.

Re: Good Life!
You maintain a really good flow. It has an overall nice feeling, and what's even better is that the anime actually had a place in the video, no randomness (props2u).
